Human Design + Pilates: Move your unique design

A 5 week dive into your design starting 1/23/26.

Each class explores an aspect of your personal Human Design and is followed by a mindful Pilates movement practice with guided meditation; allowing insight to settle into the body.

You will receive a full chart printout of your design and explore it throughout the 5 weeks.

Fridays 1:15pm (class is 75mins and available virtually via zoom or in person)
