Each class explores an aspect of your personal Human Design and is followed by a mindful Pilates movement practice with guided meditation; allowing insight to settle into the body.

You will receive a full chart printout of your design and explore it throughout the 5 weeks.

Each class is 75mins and available virtually via zoom or in person.

Class 4: Your Profile x Bone Strength

Class 5: Your Definition x Alignment & Posture
