Session 5: Empower From reaction to choice. Trust your bodies intelligence, act with clarity instead of habit. What feels normal is just habitual. Review your Human Design Definition, Signature & Not Self Theme. Move it through your body with Pilates.
Session 6: Embody From doing to being. Live what you've learned. Move through life with buoyancy and tensile integrity. Review your chart and move it through your whole body balanced strength system.
