I work with people who are ready. Because so much in our culture works against our connection to our bodies, it takes regular practice, commitment, and even a little bravery to connect with yourself and tap into your body’s deep inner strength it craves and loves.
Not everyone’s up for that. And that’s okay.
But if you are ready to commit to this work, I’m ready to commit to you. I’ve found in the past 20+ years that my clients progress faster and farther within a set container that has a beginning and end. So, we’ll spend between 6-weeks & 6-months together getting to know your body, hearing what it has to say, and practicing giving it the movement it’s asking for.

This is a chance to meet one another, for you to fill me in on what your goals and intentions are, and for both of us to get a sense of what working together might look like.

75 MINUTE IN-PERSON SESSION
Once I’ve reviewed your responses, I’ll ask you to schedule an in person appointment. This healing session will help to identify areas of tension that are ready to move and patterns that might no longer serve you. We will talk, work with your breath, move through some exercises and begin to shift into new patterns that create self empowerment and ease. We’ll also crystallize the vision of how you’d like to feel after working together.

QUESTIONNAIRE / INTAKE
If we decide to move forward, you’ll receive a questionnaire that asks you to dive more deeply into areas of pain, your goals moving forward , and exercise movement history as well as any past surgeries or traumas.
Make a Plan
PRIVATES, GROUP LESSONS OR A COMBINATION OF BOTH
We will decide what rhythm best serves you and your body. Working together generally requires a weekly commitment either in-person in my Ojai studio or over zoom for a 6-week, 3-month, or 6-month period.
