Join me for a 5 week deep dive into your design and action steps to create more ease in body and mind.

Each class explores an aspect of your personal Human Design and is followed by a mindful Pilates movement practice with guided meditation; allowing insight to settle into the body.

This is an opportunity to feel into your own truths, your own answers for how you align with your best decisions, opportunities and self.

You will receive a full chart printout of your design and explore it throughout the 5 weeks.
